Since 18th October 2024, all App4 restaurants have been part of the OrderYOYO brand. Since then, OrderYOYO has started investing in marketing on behalf of your restaurant to help grow orders and divert customers away from portals to order directly from your own website.
During the beginning of 2025, we will update the ordering page (the menu) on your website to a new version which will increase your conversion rate. This means more people who visit your website will place orders. With this update OrderYOYO will create Dynamic Search Ads with Google for your restaurant and drive more sales for your restaurant.

With these investments in your growth and updates to your website, we need to adjust the service fee that your consumers pay when they place an order on your website or app.
Service Fee for your Consumers
Consumers will need to pay a total of £/€0.50 in service fee when ordering via your website and app to support the ongoing improvements to our technology and user experience and drive conversion rate up. OrderYOYO is working hard to keep these service fees the lowest in the market. This WILL NOT be an extra cost to your restaurant, and remains lower than the market average so you stay ahead of the competition.
